Hanna Jäger

Hanna Jäger has an extensive work experience in product management and trust and safety investigation. Hanna is currently working as the Head of Product at Rex, where they are responsible for launching and developing a pet owner app and a practice management system for veterinary clinics. Hanna'sachievements include improving the user experience and interface of the appointment booking flow, resulting in a conversion increase of over 40%. Hanna has also launched a telemedicine service for pet owners, which has received a customer NPS score of 90+.

Prior to Rex, Hanna worked as the Head of Product at Podimo, a subscription-based entertainment app focused on podcasts and audiobooks. During their tenure, they managed the full product suite and led a team of 3 product managers. Hanna successfully increased the conversion rate for starting a free trial by more than 5% through iterative testing and improvement of the onboarding and membership sign-up flow.

Before Podimo, Hanna held the position of Senior Product Manager - Discovery Experience at Delivery Hero. Hanna'srole involved curating and personalizing the search and discovery experience for hungry customers in 15+ countries. Hanna introduced a flexible restaurant curation system with personalized recommendations, resulting in a 3% uplift in overall order conversion. Additionally, they increased restaurant selection by over 5% through analysis and changes to restaurant cards, search result display, and filters.

Prior to Delivery Hero, Hanna worked as a Product Manager at foodpanda, where they were responsible for the full mobile experience and successfully reduced the customer care contact rate by over 7% through the introduction of detailed order tracking. Hanna also increased overall conversion by 3% by making it easier for customers to provide their location. Additionally, they briefly worked as a QA Analyst, conducting manual testing, writing test cases, and acceptance criteria.

Earlier in their career, Hanna worked at Airbnb as a Trust and Safety Investigator, where they were responsible for removing fraudulent actors from the platform. Hanna has also worked as a Key Account Manager at Airbnb, where they expanded the company's footprint in Israel and improved host revenue by over 20% through welcoming and educating new hosts, as well as providing promotional tools such as free professional photography.

Hanna Jäger has a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Tel Aviv University. In addition, they have obtained certifications in "Leading People and Teams" from the University of Michigan in April 2022 and "UX Foundation Training" from UXTraining.com in October 2017.
