Carly Souza

Carly Souza is an experienced professional in the investment sector, currently serving as an Associate at Rexford Industrial since June 2020, with a progression of roles including Senior Analyst, Analyst, Originations Analyst, Acquisitions Intern, and Property Management Intern. Prior to this, Carly was the Head Diving Coach at Loyola High School of Los Angeles from October 2019 to June 2020 and competed as a Division I Student-Athlete on the Women's Diving team at the University of Southern California from August 2016 to June 2020, where Carly was elected Women's Team Captain for two consecutive years. Additionally, Carly completed an internship at Consensus during the summer of 2019. Carly holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California, earned in 2020, after graduating from West Ranch High School in 2016.
