Sophie Kelly

Sophie Kelly currently serves as the Manager of HR Ops & Systems at Rexford Industrial since December 2024. Prior to this role, Sophie was with The Beachbody Company from June 2019 to December 2024, where responsibilities included managing project lifecycles as a Senior Manager in Business Process Optimization and leading process improvement initiatives. Sophie holds a degree in Management from the University of St Andrews.
