Stephen Nordman

Stephen Nordman is a seasoned construction management professional with extensive experience in project management and engineering. Currently serving as Director at Rexford Industrial since October 2022, Stephen previously held roles as Senior Project Manager and Senior Construction Project Manager at Duke Realty Corporation from October 2019 to October 2022. Stephen's prior experience includes significant contributions at Rudolph and Sletten from July 2011 to September 2019, including overseeing a major tenant improvement project for a Hewlett-Packard campus and renovations at the Monterey Bay Aquarium. Earlier career roles included Project Engineer and Estimator positions, with successful project completions for organizations such as East Bay Municipal Utility District and the Army Corps of Engineers. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from California State University, Chico.
