Cheryl Adams has extensive experience in customer service and application engineering, currently holding the position of U.S. Customer Service & Application Engineering Manager at Rexnord Power Transmission since November 1994. Previous roles include Customer Service Manager, where Cheryl served as the SAP Business Matter Expert, and Manager of Customer Service & Procurement. Cheryl began their career at Sears, Roebuck and Co. as a Customer Service Supervisor from 1980 to 1988, followed by a similar role at First Service Credit Union from 1987 to 1994. Cheryl graduated from Carroll University with a Bachelor of Science in Communication and Business between 2000 and 2006.
