Felipe Gatica

Felipe Gatica is a Design System Designer at Visma since October 2024, contributing to software development for diverse sectors, including small businesses and public entities. Prior to this role, Felipe served as a UX Designer at Rex+, leading the design of performance management software for HR teams, impacting over 20,000 employees across Chile, Colombia, and Peru. Felipe's experience also includes a position as a UI Designer at Rompecabeza Digital, where significant enhancements in navigation and usability were achieved for projects in various sectors such as healthcare and banking. Felipe holds a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design from AIEP, awarded in December 2021.
