Josh Nelson has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Josh started their career at Game Stop as a Sales Associate before moving on to Babies R Us, where they worked as a Sales Associate and Logistics Team Member. Josh then transitioned to the field of graphic design, working as a Freelance Graphic Designer at Creative Real Estate Publications, Graphic & Web Designer at Monster Mags, and Graphic Designer at Shapco. Josh also worked as a Motion Designer at the Minneapolis College of Art and Design. Following their passion for sales and account management, they joined Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling as a Merchandiser, Account Manager, and eventually Lead Account Manager. Josh demonstrated strong analytical and communication skills in their roles, conducting business reviews, analyzing data, and identifying new opportunities for sales growth. Furthermore, Josh has a track record of building strong customer relationships and coaching sales teams. Prior to their current role, they served as the Overnight Logistics Team Lead at Target, where they achieved significant improvements in team efficiency and reduced turnover rate. Josh Nelson pursued their education at Minneapolis College of Art and Design from 2006 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree with a focus on Graphic Design. Prior to that, from 2004 to 2005, they attended Minnesota School of Business, specializing in Computer Programming.
