Steve Leathers has extensive experience in the construction and engineering industry, most recently serving as Vice President at Reyes Construction Inc. Prior to this, Steve held positions such as Principal at PacRim Engineering and Business Class Area Manager at HDR. Steve's educational background includes a BS in Civil Engineering from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.
