George Paraschiv

George Paraschiv has extensive work experience in various roles related to quality management and engineering. George started their career in 2004 as a Sales Consultant at RTC Group and then moved on to British American Tobacco in 2005. At British American Tobacco, they held multiple positions, including Technical Training Manager, Filter Rods Department Manager, Cell Manager, Quality Assurance Manager, Regional Factory Quality Manager, Regional Quality Compliance and Performance Manager, Senior Quality Compliance Manager, and Senior Quality Manager for the Modern Oral Category. George joined Reynolds American Inc. in 2022 as the Director of Quality.

George Paraschiv pursued their education at the Petroleum-Gas University of Ploiești. From 2000 to 2005, they obtained an Engineer's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. George furthered their studies and completed a Master's degree in the same field from 2005 to 2007. Additionally, George Paraschiv has obtained several certifications, including Agile at Work: Building Your Agile Team, Design Thinking: Understanding the Process, Leading with Stories, Six Sigma Green Belt, Six Sigma Yellow Belt, ISO Auditor - 9001/14001/18001, and PRINCE 2.
