Rathna Teja Rekapalli

Rathna Teja Rekapalli has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Rathna Teja started their career as a SAP HCM Analyst at Tata Consultancy Services in 2017 and served in that role until 2020. From 2020 to 2021, they worked as a Senior SAP Consultant at ADP. Following that, from 2021 to 2022, they were a SAP HCM Senior Payroll Consultant at Accenture. In 2022, they joined Georgia State University's J. Mack Robinson College of Business as a Graduate Research Assistant, and later that year, they moved on to COGENT Infotech as a SAP SF EC Payroll Senior Consultant. Currently, they are working at Reynolds American Inc. as a Lead Manager SF EC Payroll, starting in 2023.

Rathna Teja Rekapalli completed a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Matrusri Engineering College in 2016. They then pursued a Master's degree in Computer and Information Systems from Georgia State University - J. Mack Robinson College of Business, which they are expected to complete in 2023. Prior to their college education, Rathna Teja Rekapalli attended Bhashyam High School and obtained a secondary school certificate (SSC) in 2010. Additionally, they obtained an SSC certificate in MPC (Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry) from Bhashyam College of Education (BCE), Guntur. Rathna Teja Rekapalli also obtained a certification in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll in April 2023 from SAP.
