James Murphy

James Murphy is an experienced customer success professional with a strong background in financial services. Currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at Rezoomo since January 2023, James previously held the position of Head of Customer Success at Over-C from April 2018 to December 2022. Earlier in their career, James worked as a Credit Analyst at AIB and held various roles including Business Advisor, Senior Assistant Business Manager, and Assistant Business Manager at Bank of Ireland from October 2005 to September 2016. James holds a Bachelor of Commerce from University College Cork and is a Qualified Financial Advisor through University College Dublin. Additionally, James has completed professional development programs in Business Banking at the Institute of Banking and the Institute of Bankers.
