Dereje G. Tessema is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in regulatory analysis, reporting, and revenue assurance. Currently serving as a Senior External Regulatory Analyst at EQ Bank since April 2024, Dereje has also held significant roles at RFA Bank of Canada as a Financial Analyst and Senior Financial Analyst focusing on regulatory and external reporting. Previous experience includes positions at Street Capital Bank of Canada, where critical process improvements were developed and vendor conversions to ACH were managed, and at Globalive, where financial performance enhancements were achieved through rigorous data verification and reconciliation.
