Chris Phillips has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Chris began their career as a Helpdesk Analyst at Covance in 1998. In 2000, they joined TD Waterhouse Investor Services as a LAN Administrator and later transitioned to the role of Business Technical Support Analyst. Afterward, Chris worked at Vonage, starting as an Advanced Operations Technician and later becoming an E911 Operations Technician. In 2016, they joined StratX IT Solutions, LLC as a Field Technician. Currently, Chris is employed at RFA, where they have held several roles, starting as a Client Services Engineer and working their way up to Senior Client Services Engineer and now serving as the Client Services Team Lead.
Chris Phillips holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Science from Richard Stockton College of NJ. Chris has additional certifications including Microsoft Certified Professional from Microsoft in 2017, SonicWALL Security Administrator from SonicWALL Inc. in December 2016, and A+ Certified IT Technician from CompTIA in 2009.
