Fournier Nicolas

Fournier Nicolas is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in customer support and engineering roles. Currently serving as a Senior CSE at RFA since February 2020, Fournier previously worked as a System Engineer at Manpower from October 2017 to February 2020. Prior to that, Fournier held positions at SOGETI Luxembourg, providing first and second line support from October 2011 to September 2017, and at Software Advies as a Support Desktop Engineer from December 2010 to October 2011. Fournier began the career as a service desk agent, first line for Isabel Software at ING from April 2010 to December 2010, and further developed skills as a service desk agent for both first and second line support at Econocom Managed Services from August 2007 to April 2010.
