Penny Arnold

Penny Arnold is an experienced professional currently serving as a Certified Christian Life Coach at FrinzCare since October 2023. In addition, Penny has held the position of Technical Writer II at RFD & Associates, Inc. since November 2006, where responsibilities include coordinating the publication of a quarterly newsletter for Long Term Care Medicaid Providers under contract with Texas Health and Human Services Commission. Previously, Penny worked as an Account Executive and Associate Publisher at Best Version Media, focusing on community engagement for the Neighbors of Four Points magazine from June 2023 to October 2023. Penny holds a B.S. in Communications and completed a Certified Full Stack Web Developer Coding Bootcamp at The University of Texas at Austin in 2019.
