Chloé James has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning across multiple industries and roles. Chloé is currently a Non Executive Director at The Bridge International, a bespoke management consulting firm. In this role, they provide advice on leadership, entrepreneurship, personal brand and profile, culture, and attributes for success.

Prior to their current position, Chloé worked at RFI Global for a decade, starting as a Content Director and progressing to the Director of Media & Communications. In earlier roles, Chloé worked as an International Project Officer at the Australian Securities and Investments Commission, Event Manager at BT Financial Group, and Senior Associate Event Manager at the Financial Services Authority. Chloé also served as the Head of Corporate Events at Barts and The London NHS Trust.

Chloé James has an education history that includes a range of studies in the areas of arts, events, and humanities. Chloé attended Flinders University from 2000 to 2004, obtaining a Bachelor of Creative Arts (Hons.) with a focus on performing arts. Previously, they had also attended Flinders University briefly in 2005, where they completed a Post Graduate Certificate in Festival and Event Design and Management. Prior to their university studies, Chloé James completed their high school education at Norwood Morialta High School from 1995 to 1999. During this time, they studied drama, English studies, geology, geography, and digital photography.
