Harry has over 35 years experience in HR, with time spent in retail automotive, manufacturing and consumer products organizations. For 12 years prior to joining RFJ, Harry served as the VP of HR for Sonic Automotive. His responsibilities included employee relations, benefit administration, compensation, HR systems, leadership development, training, payroll and risk management. Creating HR and people functions in new and growing organizations has been a central theme of his career. He graduated form Auburn University with a BS in business administration and a concentration in HR.
