Rathendra Nath Paul

Rathendra Nath Paul is the current Managing Director of RFL GROUP at PRAN-RFL Group. Prior to this, they were the Head of Group Productivity Auditor at PRAN-RFL Group from October 1996 to May 2000. In this role, they were responsible for improving productivity across the Group by identifying areas of inefficiency in profit and investment centers. Under their leadership, the Group has seen significant improvements in productivity and profitability.

Rathendra Nath Paul has a Master of Commerce (M. Com) in Accounting from the University of Dhaka, a Bachelor of Commerce (B. Com.) (Hons.) in Accounting from the University of Dhaka, and a Cost and Management Accountant (CMA) (Intermediate) in Accounting and Finance from the Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Bangladesh. Rathendra also has certifications from AOTS in Executive Program on Quality Mgt. (EPQM), CEMEX in collaboration with KPMG in IAS, CEMEX Philippines in Integrated and Common Accounting practice in CEMEX Business worldwide, CEMEX Philippines in Managerial Skill Assessment and Development, CEMEX Philippines in Power User Training on Accounting Package-JDE, Rapport Bangladesh Ltd in Seminar on “Best HRM Practices for Good Governance”, CEMEX in collaboration with KPMG in US GAAP Implementation in Business, and Bangladesh Employers Federation in ‘’Technique for Improving Profitability”.
