Matthew Tang

Matthew Tang is an experienced real estate professional currently serving as the Vice President of Acquisitions at RFR Holding LLC since June 2022, preceded by the role of Acquisitions Associate. Prior to this, Matthew held the position of Investment Associate at PGIM Real Estate from July 2018 to June 2022 and served as Chief Investment Officer for the Georgetown University Public Real Estate Fund. Leadership experience includes serving as President of the Georgetown University Real Estate Club and conducting analysis as a REIT Analyst for the Georgetown University Student Investment Fund. Earlier roles include internships at Emigrant Realty Finance, and Milstein Properties, along with a marketing internship at Nosh Delivery LLC. Matthew Tang earned a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance from the Georgetown University McDonough School of Business, following a high school education at Delbarton School.
