Gunilla Kinnestrand

Gunilla Kinnestrand is a qualified professional with extensive experience in organizational development, administrative management, and financial oversight. Currently serving as Processledare organisationsutveckling at We Effect since September 2022, Gunilla previously held key positions at RFSU, including Förtroendevald Sammankallande i RFSUs placeringsråd and Förbundsstyrelseledamot, contributing to the development of strategic goals. Gunilla also served as a board member at TAM-Arkiv and Bergendal, where significant organizational improvements and renovations were achieved.
