Muthaka Ilot Alphonse

Muthaka Ilot Alphonse is an experienced international program manager with a focus on gender equality and peace initiatives. Currently serving as the International Program Manager for RFSU in Ghana and Liberia since January 2020, Muthaka has previously worked as an activist with Gender, Peace and Security and co-founded the Congo Men's Network, where a decade of leadership as Executive Director was spent. Additional roles include Vice Chair of MenEngage Africa and Program Manager at PEREX CV, as well as Deputy Director at BIFERD asbl. Muthaka holds a degree in Sociology from Université du Cepromad, earned between 2008 and 2013.
