Ing. Micaela Maldonado is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business operations and project management. Currently serving as Business Operation Sr. Manager at R/GA since February 2021, Micaela has successfully led the implementation of ISO 9001-2015, focusing on quality management systems to enhance customer satisfaction. Prior to this role, Micaela operated as a Franchise Manager for Dodivani SRL, where a commitment to entrepreneurship was balanced with motherhood. Micaela's earlier career at IBM Argentina included positions such as Global Technology Service Improvement People Manager and Account Quality Assurance Lead, where strategic planning and performance metric implementation were key responsibilities.
