Jonathan Porter

Jonathan Porter currently serves as Executive Vice President and Global Chief Risk Officer at Reinsurance Group of America, Incorporated, a position held since December 2008. Previously, Jonathan held various roles at the company, including Senior Vice President of Global Analytics & In-Force Management and Senior Vice President & Chief Pricing Actuary for International Markets. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President and CFO of US Insurance at John Hancock Life Insurance Company from November 2005 to November 2008, and various positions at Manulife Financial from May 1994 to November 2005, culminating in the role of Vice President of Business Development. Jonathan Porter obtained a Bachelor of Mathematics in Actuarial Science from the University of Waterloo, completing the degree in 1994.
