Larnise Boain, SPHR, PMP, serves as the Vice President of Global Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at Reinsurance Group of America, Incorporated since March 2019, where responsibilities include guiding leadership in fostering an inclusive culture and advocating for equity among employees. Previously, Larnise held the role of Vice President for Global Leadership & Organization Development at RGA and was the Executive Director of Global Leadership & Organization Development at Edward Jones. Larnise's extensive experience spans various leadership positions, including management roles at the United States Postal Service and consulting firms such as Boain Consulting Group and Robbins-Gioia, LLC. With an educational background that includes a Master’s in Organization Development and a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Behavior Studies, Larnise brings significant expertise in strategic HR initiatives, organizational design, and workforce planning.
