Nicholas Rafanelli

Nicholas Rafanelli is a skilled software engineer with extensive experience in backend development and automation. Currently serving as Lead Software Engineer - Automation at Reinsurance Group of America, Incorporated since January 2023, Nicholas previously worked as Software Engineer II at Doma, where multiple Django applications were built to streamline tasks for escrow officers and real estate agents. Prior to Doma, Nicholas contributed as Software Engineer II at Xaxis, focusing on backend development for a high-stakes distributed web application.
