Suwandi Lim

Suwandi Lim has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Corporate HR Director at RGE since October 2005. Throughout the tenure at RGE, Suwandi Lim has held various titles, including Acting Corporate HR Director, Head of HR for the Group Palm Business, Head of HR in Singapore, Personal Assistant to the Chairman, and Corporate HR Manager. Prior experience includes a role as Compensation & Benefit Manager at Asian Agri from April 2001 to September 2005. Suwandi Lim holds a Master’s degree in Finance and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, both from Universitas Gadjah Mada.
