Justin Scacco is an experienced sports writer with a career spanning over a decade. Since November 2012, Justin has served as a Sports Stringer at the Reno Gazette-Journal, where responsibilities include developing game stories, managing live Twitter feeds, and conducting interviews, as well as creating feature stories on local athletes and community members. Previously, Justin worked as an Intern Sports Writer covering various sports and contributed freelance writing for collegiate events. Justin's initial experience in sports journalism began with The Sagebrush, where coverage of UNR sporting events was complemented by photography and additional content creation. Justin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the University of Nevada, Reno and an Advance Diploma from Moapa Valley High School.
