Lourdes Reeves

Lourdes Reeves has extensive work experience in software engineering and programming roles.

Lourdes currently works as a Principal Software Engineer at RGNext/aiSolutions, starting in March 2021.

Before that, they were employed at Oracle for over 20 years, from April 1999 to July 2020, where they held the role of Principal Software Technical Engineer.

Prior to their time at Oracle, Lourdes worked at Boeing as a Senior Applications Programmer from January 1997 to April 1999.

Lourdes also has experience at Harmon Glass, where they served as a Senior Applications Programmer from June 1994 to January 1997. In this role, they were responsible for programming and system support for the National Call Center. Lourdes maintained and enhanced existing online programs and batch processing, and handled EDI orders and billing.

Lourdes began their career at IDS - Insurance Data Services, where they worked as a Senior Applications Programmer from June 1989 to June 1994. Their responsibilities included developing and maintaining programs used to service insurance companies and agents across multiple locations.

Lourdes Reeves obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science and Computer Software Engineering from Florida International University from 1980 to 1984. Prior to that, they attended Miami Dade College from 1977 to 1979, where they earned an Associate of Science (AS) degree, an Associate of Arts (AA) degree, and a Programming Certificate, all in the field of Computer Science.

In addition to their formal education, Lourdes Reeves earned a certification as an Oracle E-Business Suite 12 Supply Chain Certified Implementation Specialist in Oracle Order Management. Lourdes obtained this certification from Oracle in August 2015.
