Maddie Alvidrez

Maddie Alvidrez has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Maddie began their career in 2004 as a Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant at Tony Collyer, CPA, where they managed appointments and developed phone skills. From 2006 to 2012, they worked at The Limited as a Key Holder, handling customer service and becoming an acting manager.

In 2007, Maddie joined Big 5 Sporting Goods as a Customer Service Representative, where they dealt with customer inquiries and efficiently managed merchandise. Maddie also gained experience in business analysis as a Business Analyst at Wilson Electric Services Corp. from 2012 to 2013.

From 2012 to 2015, Maddie worked at Bechtel Corporation in two roles. As a Client Billing Accountant, they prepared client invoices and analyzed project costs. As an Accounting Intern, they trained as a Client Billing Assistant and learned various software programs.

At Wilson Electric Services Corp. from 2012 to 2013, Maddie served as a Human Resources Assistant/Business Analyst, processing new hire paperwork and supporting HR projects. Maddie then joined Bechtel Corporation again in 2015 as an International Payroll Processor, responsible for processing expatriate and national payroll.

Most recently, in 2016, Maddie became a Payroll Accountant at Kwajalein Range Services LLC, where they processed bi-weekly payroll, filed taxes, and managed deductions.

Since 2019, Maddie has been working as a Business Schedule Analyst at RGNext, where they utilize their skills to analyze schedules and ensure efficient operations.

Maddie Alvidrez pursued their education in a systematic manner, beginning with their attendance at Chandler-Gilbert Community College from 2008 to 2010. During this period, they completed an Associates degree in Business. Following this, Maddie enrolled at the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University in 2010 and successfully completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Accounting in 2013.
