Bryan Sinclair

Bryan Sinclair has extensive work experience in accounting and finance consulting. Bryan currently serves as the Vice President and Technical Accounting Solution Lead at RGP since October 2021. Prior to this, they held the position of Vice President at RGP from December 2017 to October 2021. Bryan also worked as the Practice Director of Accounting & Finance Consulting at Accretive Solutions from May 2014 to December 2017. Before that, they served as the Vice President & Chief Financial Officer at NYTEX Energy Holdings, Inc. from January 2011 to May 2014. Bryan also held the role of Chief Accounting Officer for Opportunity Funds at Behringer Harvard from 2007 to 2010. In addition, they have experience in roles such as Director of Global SOX Risk & Control and Manager of Technical Accounting at Celanese, and as a Controller at Lone Star Technologies, Inc. Bryan started their career as a Manager of Audit at PwC from 1999 to 2002.

Bryan Sinclair earned a BSBA in Accounting from the University of Arizona in 1990. Bryan also pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance at Arizona State University, but specific dates of completion were not provided.
