Cindy Schwartz

Cindy Schwartz has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Cindy is currently the Director of Strategic Sourcing at RGP, starting in 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Valmont Industries, Inc. as the Global Indirect Strategic Sourcing Manager from 2022 to 2023. From 2019 to 2022, they were the Director of Category Management (Sourcing/Procurement) at Great Dane, where they implemented and led the Category Management function.

Before that, Cindy held several roles at different companies. From 2016 to 2018, they were the Sourcing Director at Proxima Group, where they worked on various sourcing projects for clients in industries such as healthcare, software, retail, and entertainment. At Accenture, where they worked from 2010 to 2015 as a Manager, they led the Sourcing and Procurement team and served as a Subject Matter Advisor for procurement of natural gas, electricity, and heating oil.

Cindy also has experience working at Resources Global Professionals as a Procurement Consultant, specializing in Downstream Oil/Gas (BP), and at United Airlines as the Sr. Manager of Utilities. Their early work experience includes roles at Dance Salad Festival as an Author of Evening Program Notes and at Smurfit-Stone as the Manager of Energy Procurement.

Cindy Schwartz holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Finance from Duke University. Cindy also obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration with a focus on Industrial Distribution Management from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
