Rory Shusted

Rory Shusted has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over three decades. Rory started their career in 1991 as an Assistant Vice President at Chemical Banking Corporation. After three years, they transitioned to Larson-Juhl, where they worked as a Sales Representative for almost a decade. In 2003, they took up a managerial role as the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition & Development at Larson-Juhl, a position they held for nine years. In 2012, they founded Shusted Search Solutions and served as the Principal until 2014. Rory then joined CarterBaldwin as an Associate Partner from 2014 to 2016. Currently, they are employed at RGP, where they have held multiple roles. Rory first served as the Managing Director of Talent Acquisition from 2016 to 2017, then as the Vice President and Head of Corporate Talent Acquisition from 2017 to 2022. Presently, they hold the position of Senior Vice President of Global Talent Acquisition at RGP.

Rory Shusted attended Lafayette College from 1987 to 1991, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in English. Prior to that, Rory Shusted completed their high school education at Cherry Hill East High School. Additionally, Rory Shusted obtained certifications in "How to Run Efficient Hybrid Meetings Nano Tips with Lorraine Lee" and "Using Microsoft Teams and Outlook Together: Maximizing Productivity" from LinkedIn in 2023.
