Rachel Carter

Rachel Carter has extensive experience in the landscape and horticulture industry, currently serving as an Account Executive and Business Developer at RGS Landscape and Arbor Care since September 2016. Previously, Rachel worked as a Clinical Assistant at Paradigm Malibu Treatment, where responsibilities included mentoring adolescents and managing facility operations. Additional experience includes a role as a Nursery Associate at Armstrong Garden Centers, Inc., and an internship with Cru, where Rachel led initiatives for an international nonprofit organization. Rachel earned a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Horticulture Science from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, completing studies in 2011.
