Nicolai Soegaard

Nicolai Soegaard has an extensive work experience spanning over different companies and roles. Nicolai is currently the CEO of RGS Nordic, a position they have held since October 2022. Prior to this, they served as the CFO of RGS Nordic from July 2021 to October 2022. Before joining RGS Nordic, Nicolai was the Regional COO - Europe at ISS World Services A/S from June 2019 to July 2021. Nicolai also worked at Falck Healthcare A/S as a Business Finance Officer from May 2018 to June 2019. Nicolai has also held various positions at ISS A/S, including Group VP - Regional Finance Manager, Northern Europe from December 2015 to April 2018, and Regional Head of Strategy & Project Implementation from November 2014 to December 2015. Prior to that, they worked at Saxo Bank, where they served as the Head of Value Chain Optimization, SVP from February 2013 to October 2014, Client Director, Senior Vice President from February 2012 to February 2013, and Head of Corporate Advisory, Corporate Solutions from May 2010 to February 2012. Nicolai started their career at ISS, where they held roles such as Group Vice President from January 2010 to May 2010, Treasury Manager from June 2007 to January 2010, and Group Financial Controller from March 2006 to May 2007. Nicolai began their professional journey as an Auditor at Ernst & Young from September 2002 to March 2006.

From 1999 to 2004, Nicolai Soegaard attended Copenhagen Business School where they obtained a Master of Science degree in Business Economics and Auditing.
