Donald Popoff P.e.

Donald Popoff P.E. has extensive experience in engineering and management, currently serving as the Nampa Office Manager at RH2 Engineering since May 2002. In this role, Donald oversees all phases of consultant engineering, including management, permitting, design, bidding, and construction for various infrastructure projects. Previous positions include Public Works Director / City Engineer for the City of Stevens Point, where management of several departments and contract procurement was essential. Donald also held roles as a Service Engineer / Service Manager at Systems Control / Boss Snowplow, and as a Service Information Engineer at Caterpillar Inc. Donald holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan Technological University and was the valedictorian at Potterville High School.
