Rob Martin

Rob Martin is a seasoned professional in the property management industry, currently serving as Senior Vice President at Rhapsody Property Management Services since April 2015, where the focus is on luxury rental communities in Canada. In addition to this role, Rob Martin is the Founder of CHC, which leverages over 100 years of combined experience in college housing across multiple continents. Previous key positions include Executive Vice President of Operations at Campus Habitat, Director of Asset Management at Campus Apartments, and Regional Vice President at GMH Communities Trust, among others. Rob Martin began the career as Resident Director/Instructor at the University of Idaho and holds a BA in European Studies from the University of New Brunswick.
