Ragini Nadarajan has over 25 years of experience with RHB Banking Group. Ragini has held various roles within the company, starting as a Credit Officer in 1995 and eventually becoming a Vice President. Their roles have included Branch Manager, Premier Relationship Manager, Head of Mortgages Product Development, Area Manager, Head of Premier Banking Sales, and Regional Sales Head. In their most recent positions, they served as the VP Head of Learning & Coaching Group Customer Experience, VP Squad Lead CX Culture, and is currently the VP Head Customer Advocacy.

Ragini Nadarajan obtained a Bachelor's degree in a double major from the University of Malaya, from 1990 to 1994.
