Rosa Arroyo Driggers

Rosa Arroyo Driggers has worked in a variety of roles since 2001. From 2001-2005, they were a Business Analyst at Speer & Associates. In 2005, they moved to Zyman Group as a Human Resources Generalist, where they designed training programs and oversaw benefit enrollment and compensation progression plans for over 300 employees. In 2008, they began working as a Private Consultant for Winn-Dixie and Spanx. In 2009, they joined Rogers Public Schools as a Community Director & Liaison. From 2010-2022, they worked at the University of Georgia in various roles, including Associate Director of Admissions for Access & Inclusion, Marketing & Communications, Interim Director of New Student Orientation, Assistant Director of Admissions, and Admissions Counselor. In 2022, they began working as a Consultant for Enrollment Management at RHB.

Rosa Arroyo Driggers is currently a Ph.D. student at The University of Georgia, studying Learning, Leadership and Organization Development (LLOD). Rosa Arroyo obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from Valdosta State University in 2000, and their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from University of Phoenix in 2002, with a field of study in Business Administration and Management, General.
