Dipa Homer

Dipa Homer currently serves as the Executive Vice President of Global Human Resources and Communications at Rheem Manufacturing, leading HR and communications strategies across the organization and its global segments. Previously, Dipa held various leadership roles at NCR Corporation, including Vice President of Human Resources, where responsibilities encompassed strategic HR leadership in the Americas and Asia Pacific, employee and labor relations, and HR management across multiple regions. Dipa's early career included a position as On Site Recruitment Manager at Robert Walters. Educational qualifications include a Sherpa Executive Coaching degree from The University of Georgia and a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations from Western Sydney University.
