Sascha Linke

Sascha Linke has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Starting from 2023, they worked as the Head of Operation Excellence at Rheinmetall. Prior to that, they held the position of Prozessingenieur Lean Management at STIEBEL ELTRON Gruppe from 2020 to 2023. Sascha also served as the Process Technology Manager at Stiebel Eltron Asia Ltd. from 2022 to 2023. In 2019, they worked as a Manufacturing Engineer at Baker Hughes, and before that, they were a Senior Account Manager at Brunel from 2017 to 2018. Sascha also gained experience as a Werkstudent at ZEISS Group from 2016 to 2017 and as a Praktikant at ZF Group from 2015 to 2016. From 2012 to 2015, they worked as a Werkstudent at Rot GmbH. Lastly, they started their career as an Elektromechaniker at Baker Hughes, a GE company in 2012 and also had a role as an Auszubildender from 2008 to 2012.

Sascha Linke attended Fachhochschule Jena from 2013 to 2017 and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen.
