Katia Baum-Hay

Katia Baum-Hay is currently the CEO of Katia Baum-Hay - Personal, Business, and Financial Coaching, a position held since September 2024, where the focus is on supporting women in achieving their goals and dreams through the development of actionable plans for success. Additionally, Katia has been with Rhenium Group since August 2010, serving as a Project Manager and previously as a Life Science Group Manager, with experience in project management at Thermo Fisher Instrumentation Section. Katia Baum-Hay earned a degree from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, completing their studies between 2003 and 2012.
