Neha Jain

Neha Jain is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in quality management, product management, and technical marketing within the steel and refractories sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Global Quality Management at RHI Magnesita since March 2012, Neha has held various roles including Global Product Management and Project Manager in R&D Process Technology. Previous positions include Product Manager at Promat Belgium and Management Trainee at MECON Ltd. Neha gained foundational experience as a trainee at RHI AG in Germany and TRL KROSAKI Refractories Limited. Academic credentials include a PhD in International Relations & Diplomacy from Ekonomická univerzita v Bratislave and an Executive Education course in Diversity Equity Inclusion from Cambridge Judge Business School, among others.
