Roshan Ughade

Roshan Ughade is an experienced professional in the fields of sales, service, and mechanical maintenance, currently serving as Assistant General Manager at RHI Magnesita since June 2024. Prior to this, Roshan held the position of Manager Sales and Service at Refratechnik Group and worked at Vesuvius as Manager Sales and Services, as well as Assistant Manager. Roshan's earlier career includes roles as Assistant Manager at JSW Steel Ltd, overseeing mechanical maintenance and projects related to continuous processing lines, and at Essar Steel Limited, managing the mechanical maintenance department for various production lines. Roshan holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Nagpur University and a certification in Advanced Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode.
