Sabrina Salmen is a seasoned executive with extensive experience at RHI Magnesita, currently serving as the VP Senior Executive for Business Transformation, focusing on the Complexity Reduction Program aimed at enhancing organizational efficiency in response to market demands. Sabrina has previously held key positions, including Senior Executive VP of Recycling, where a commitment to global sustainability initiatives was emphasized, and IBP Head, responsible for aligning product portfolios with sales and production. Additional roles include Global R&D Executive and Quality Control and Raw Material Manager, where contributions were made to harmonize raw materials and improve quality processes during corporate mergers.
