Melissa McDaniel

Melissa McDaniel has a diverse work experience. Melissa is currently working as a Finance Manager at Rhinegeist Brewery since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Abbott from 2009 to 2022, where they held various roles, including Senior Finance Manager, Finance Supervisor/Manager, Senior Financial Analyst, and Financial Analyst, all in the FP&A department. At Abbott, Melissa managed financial operations for multiple product lines, collaborated with cross-functional teams, and played a key role in the launch of Abbott's retail brand, Curate. Before joining Abbott, they completed the Financial Professional Development Program (FPDP) at Abbott Nutrition and Abbott Diabetes Care. Melissa also gained experience as a Financial Management Program Intern and HQ Tax Analyst at GE Energy and worked as a Campus Representative at Apple Inc.

Melissa McDaniel attended The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business from 2005 to 2009. During their time there, they pursued a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) degree with a focus on Finance & Logistics Management.
