Estel Powell, PLC has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. They started their career at ProfitStars (Goldleaf Financial Solutions) in 2003 as a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer, where they created test designs and scripts for financial software testing. They then progressed to become a Professional Services Manager, overseeing enterprise-level financial software applications.

In 2011, Estel joined West Corporation as an Application Services Manager, responsible for quality testing of healthcare applications and specialized pharmaceutical projects. They also served as a Product Manager in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries, focusing on product management, marketing, and innovative product development. As a Business Solution Architect, Estel acted as a liaison between business partners and technical teams, analyzing industry trends and translating business requirements into functional product designs.

In 2020, Estel joined Flowers Foods & Subsidiaries as a Manager of System Configuration and Administration. Their responsibilities included working with vendors and partners to ensure compliance with established methodologies, reviewing project feasibility and risk, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to review requirements, design, testing, and implementation.

Currently, Estel is employed at Rhinogram, where they hold the role of Strategic Planning and Partnerships Officer. Additionally, they are a Senior Product Manager in IT Healthcare, specializing in developing valuable and innovative products.

Throughout their career, Estel has demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, partnerships, product management, system configuration, administration, business analysis, quality testing, and project management. They possess strong communication, interpersonal, and collaborative skills.

Estel Powell, PLC's education history begins in 1999 when they obtained an Associates degree in General Science from GMC - Georgia Military College. They continued their education at Wiregrass Georgia Technical College from 2001 to 2002, completing a diploma in Computer Information Systems. Powell pursued further education at Valdosta State University from 2003 to 2006, majoring in Computer Science.

In addition to their formal education, Powell obtained a Product Leader Certification from Product School in February 2023.
