Michael Masamong

Michael Masamong is a seasoned Business Intelligence Analyst at rhipe since October 2017, specializing in data mining, generation, analysis, and reporting. Additionally, Michael serves as an Office 365 Support Ambassador, providing comprehensive support for Office Applications, Exchange Server, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Power BI, Skype for Business, and Yammer. Prior to rhipe, Michael was a Technical Leader at Convergys from June 2013 to August 2017, delivering high-level real-time support for Microsoft Professional Support in North America and assisting technicians with complex case resolutions. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from the Technological Institute of the Philippines, completed in 2013, with a focus on mobile application development, information systems development, and software development and design.
