Shane Maiolo

Shane Maiolo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in software development and technical leadership. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Lead at rhipe, a Crayon company, since September 2019, Shane has held various roles including Technical Lead and Senior Full-Stack Developer. Prior experience includes a Senior Developer position at ROLLER, where Shane focused on full stack development for memberships and payment systems, as well as founding Tap Swipe Zoom and leading its core product development. Additional roles span from Senior Developer at Imagesoft Pty Ltd, where Shane led a Freight Management System web version, to multiple contributions in consulting and development across various companies such as iNC Digital Media and Ultimate Inventory Systems. Shane's career began as a Multimedia Developer at Monash University, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in Computing from Monash University.
