Neil Tidwell

Neil Tidwell is the current Head of Data Analytics & Business Intelligence at Rho Business Banking. Prior to this, they were a Senior Director at Beyond Finance from October 2020 to October 2022, where they were responsible for executive reporting, metrics, and dashboards, business operations management, product analytics, design, strategy, and road mapping, and data architecture design. Neil Tidwell was also a Consultant at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) from July 2018 to October 2020, where they worked on category pricing strategy and pricing product development for major retailer, organizational design for major international E&P company, vendor negotiation strategy for luxury retailer, China tariff strategy and mitigation for major retailer, growth strategy and product design for hospitality SaaS company, growth strategy for international tobacco company, and due diligence for private equity acquisition targets. Prior to that, they were a Consultant at Bee Parks Trust from January 2017 to December 2017. Neil Tidwell's first job was as a Wireline Field Engineer at Schlumberger from January 2013 to December 2015.

Neil Tidwell has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Florida and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business.
