Andrea Rekrut

Andrea R. serves as the Director of Marketing at Rhode Island Commerce since June 2022, having previously held the position of Senior Marketing Manager. Prior to this, Andrea held various marketing roles, including Marketing Communications Manager at Teufelberger Fiber Rope Corporation from March 2017 to June 2022, and Marketing Brand Manager at Cranston Textiles from January 2012 to 2016, focusing on marketing strategies for consumer and B2B brands. Andrea has also served as the Director of Marketing and Public Relations at Southstream Seafoods, where the objective was to modernize corporate branding, and as the International Marketing Segment Manager at Swarovski, implementing initiatives for the U.S. market. Educational background includes a BA in Liberal Studies from Providence College and studies at the Rhode Island School of Design, complemented by early education at St. Mary Academy - Bay View.
